2. Data and purposes<\/h2>

Messages and appointments:<\/strong> the name, email, phone number and message you provide are used to reply, prepare an appointment or provide the requested service. The legal basis is taking precontractual steps at your request or performing a contract, GDPR Article 6(1)(b). General questions and complaints are handled under our legitimate interest in responding and resolving the request, Article 6(1)(f).<\/p>

Legal obligations:<\/strong> invoicing and mandatory records are processed under Article 6(1)(c). Security:<\/strong> the server and protection tools may record IP address, browser, access time and technical events to prevent abuse and maintain availability, based on legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f).<\/p>

Optional services:<\/strong> Google Analytics statistics and Google Maps \/ MyLocalBusiness \/ ReviewsMG content are enabled only after you choose the relevant category. Sending a message does not subscribe you to marketing. Provide only necessary information; without essential contact details we may be unable to reply.<\/p>

3. Children and legal representatives<\/h2>

Contact forms and appointment requests are intended for parents, legal representatives or other adults contacting the salon. Do not send identity documents, national identification numbers or sensitive details about a child through these forms. Cookie consent does not authorise publication of children\u2019s photographs. 4. Recipients and external services<\/h2>

Authorised staff and hosting, email, administration and security providers may access data within the services they provide. Data may be disclosed to authorities when legally required. The Fresha booking link uses an external platform; review its notices before providing your details.<\/p>

After consent, Google and MyLocalBusiness \/ ReviewsMG receive data necessary for statistics or content loading. 5. Retention<\/h2>

Messages and appointments are retained as needed to resolve requests, deliver services and protect rights, taking applicable legal deadlines into account. Tax and contractual records are retained as required by law. Technical logs are retained as needed for security and incident investigation. Cookie choices are stored for 180 days. You can ask for the retention period applicable to your data.<\/p>

6. Your rights<\/h2>
